Quite simply, this software WILL NOT RECOGNIZE NON-FORMATTED HARD DRIVES! Western Digital included, even though this software is supposedly written for them. It worked, but I got confused like many people. Acronis WD Edition actually does clone hard drives, in fact I'm here using one I just did mere moments ago.
